Wat is het?
Een intensief traject voor wie al veel heeft geprobeerd maar onvoldoende resultaat ervaart.
We starten met een uitgebreide intake (ca. 2,5 uur) inclusief echo en concreet plan van aanpak.
Daarna volgen:
- Twee (video)consulten van 1,5 uur
- Vier maanden begeleiding per mail of WhatsApp
- Aanvullende adviezen waar nodig
Samen pakken we tussentijdse barrières aan en werken we doelgericht toe naar jouw einddoel: een klachtenvrij en energiek leven.
